About approval of Changes in Regulations on procedure for financial accounting of separate assets and transactions of the companies of the state, utility sectors of economy and the economic organizations which own and/or use objects of the state-owned, utility property

According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine" I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for financial accounting of separate assets and transactions of the companies of the state, utility sectors of economy and the economic organizations which own and/or use objects of the state-owned, utility property, approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 19, 2006 No. 1213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 26, 2006 for No. 1363/13237 (with changes) which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of forecasting of budget receipts and methodology of financial accounting:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
