About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 730 of September 8, 2014
The government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 730 of September 8, 2014. "About approval of the National program in the field of food and food allowance for 2014-2020 and the Action plan for 2014-2016 on implementation of the National program" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 270-274, 779), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1) in the resolution:
in the name of the resolution of "The action plan for 2014-2016 on implementation of the National program" shall be replaced with words the text "action plans on its implementation";
in Item 1 after paragraph two to fill up with the paragraph of the following content:
"The action plan for 2018-2020 on implementation of the National program in the field of food and food allowance for 2014-2020 according to appendix No. 2-1";
declare Item second invalid;
Item 31 of appendix No. 1 to add 2) with subitems 9) and 10) of the following content:
"9) ensuring enrichment with iron and folic acid of amount of the wheat flour imported or made on the domestic flour-grinding enterprises and held for use at the baking companies which will provide with the enriched bakery products public institutions of the general education, medical and sanitary organizations and retail network;
10) ensuring the use of bread and the bakery products enriched with iron and folic acid in all public organizations of the general education and medical and sanitary organizations, and also the wheat flour enriched with iron and folic acid, at least, in 80% of public organizations of the general education and medical and sanitary organizations.";
To add 3) with appendix No. 2-1 of the following content:
