1. In Article of 1.1-1 figure "443, 444, 445.1, 446, 447.3, 448, 451" to replace with figures "142, 143, 144.1, 145, 146.3, 147, 150".

2. Under Article 13:

2.1. in Article 13.1.1 after words of "this Law" to add with figures "13.1.3-2,";

2.2. to exclude the words "and resolutions of bodies (officials), representatives to consider cases on administrative offenses" from Article 13.1.3;

2.3. add with Articles 13.1.3-1 and 13.1.3-2 of the following content:

"13.1.3-1. resolutions of bodies (officials), representatives to consider cases on administrative offenses, except as specified, the stipulated in Article 13.1.3-2 presents of the Law, - within ten days;

13.1.3-2. resolutions on application of administrative punishment in the form of administrative penalty - during terms, stipulated in Clause 150 Codes of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses.".
