director of the Public personnel service of the Kyrgyz Republic;

First Deputy Chief of staff of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

plenipotentiary of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;

head of department of policy of public administration and organizational and inspection operation of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;

manager of the sector of personnel of department of policy of public administration and organizational and inspection operation of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, secretary of the Commission.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
