About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708 "About special investment contracts for separate industries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4587; 2017, No. 52, Art. 8142).

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and other federal executive bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on the conclusion of special investment contracts for industries till September 1, 2018 to approve method of calculation of coefficient of diversification of deliveries.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 180 days from the date of its official publication, except for Item 2 of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708

1. In Rules of the conclusion of the special investment contracts approved by the specified resolution:

a) the paragraph one of Item 5 after the words "investment projects" to add with words "and also for the purpose of implementation of the priority project "International Cooperation and Export to the Industries";

b) to add the subitem "i" of Item 13 with the paragraph of the following content:
