About modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 760 of September 17, 2014. "About approval of the Framework regulations on the organization and functioning of Service of foster education and the minimum quality standards" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 282-289, 815), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution and Item 45 of appendix No. 1 of the word "budgets of administrative and territorial units" in any case shall be replaced with words "local budgets" in the corresponding case;

2) in Item 5 of the resolution and in appendix No. 1 of the word the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" in any case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in the corresponding case;

3) appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 6:

6) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"6) the minor parent with the child in situation of risk of separation (further - the minor parent)";

add with subitems 7) and 8) of the following content:

"7) the pregnant minor if corresponds to the situations specified in subitems of 1)-4) (further - the pregnant minor);

8) child of the minor parent";

b) add with Items 6-1 - 6-4 following of content:

"6-1. Services in placement without the conclusion of the Commission and the order of territorial authority of guardianship about establishment of the status of the child, temporarily without parental support or without parental support, or about the urgent or planned its placement are provided to the child of the minor parent.

6-2. In case of the child of the minor parent, together with accommodation of the minor parent with the child or after the birth of the child of the minor parent who is in placement or in case of accommodation of the child of the minor parent after accommodation of the parent, the territorial authority of guardianship publishes the separate order about accommodation of the child together with the minor parent.
