About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products" of December 30, 2005 No. 639
For the purpose of reduction of the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of technical regulation, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products" of December 30, 2005 No. 639 the following change:
- To state the list of products which are subject to obligatory confirmation of conformity, approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
