About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

Based on part one of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About archiving and clerical work in the Republic of Belarus", parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 42, 8/20434; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.02. 2013, 8/26849; 01:01. 2015, 8/29441; 15:01. 2016, 8/30557), following changes and amendment:

third of Item 18 to state part in the following edition:

"It can not be sealed by the organizations which according to legal acts of the Republic of Belarus have the right not to use seals, except as specified, provided by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.";

Seals can be three types: seal of the organization, seal of structural division of the organization, the seal specifying its purpose (for documents, etc.). Seals of the organizations are subdivided on stamp and simple.

Stamp seals are applied by the organizations to which right to use of seals with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Belarus is granted by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
