Article 1. Bring in Item 8 of appendix 22 to the Tax code of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2002 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 4, 2/920; 2010, No. 4, 2/1623; 2012, No. 8, 2/1882; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2016, 2/2343) following changes:

Article 2. 1. In Article 1:
