1. Article 277. Illegal cabin, illegal destruction, removal, withdrawal or damage of wood and shrubby vegetation

1. The illegal cabin or damage to extent of the termination of growth of wood and shrubby vegetation to the nature protection, recreational and improving, protective woods or the illegal destruction, removal, withdrawal or damage to extent of the termination of growth of the wood and shrubby vegetation which is not part of forest fund which entailed damnification in large size

are punished by social jobs, either penalty, or corrective works for a period of up to one year, or arrest.

2. The illegal cabin or damage to extent of the termination of growth of wood and shrubby vegetation to the operational woods which entailed damnification in especially large size

are punished by penalty, or corrective works for a period of up to two years, either arrest, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term.

3. The acts provided by part of 1 this Article, which entailed damnification in especially large size

are punished by restriction of freedom for a period of up to five years or imprisonment for a period of up to six years.".

4. State Article 284 in the following edition:

"Article 284. Violation of requirements in the field of veterinary activities
