About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to requirements of Articles 6, 7, 15, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of work of bank system in the extraordinary Board of the National Bank of Ukraine mode decides:

1. "About approval of the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode" to state Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 to No. 435 in the following edition:

"3. The extraordinary operating mode for separate banks or bank system of Ukraine is entered and cancelled by board decision of the National Bank of Ukraine.".

2. Approve Changes in the Instruction on the organization of work of bank system in the extraordinary mode approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 22, 2014 No. 435 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 24, 2016 No. 349) which are applied.

3. To department of safety (Skomarovsky A. A.) after official publication to inform the Public treasurer service of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Smoliya Ya. V.

5. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
