About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 12, 2013 ZR-157-N "About compensation of persons holding the state positions" (further - the Law):

Heading after words of "the chairman of the Constitutional court" to add 1) with the word", the vice-chairman", and to replace the word of "members" with the word of "judges";

Parts 1 and 2 after words to "the chairman of the Constitutional court" to add 2) with the word", to the vice-chairman", and to "members" to replace the word with the word to "judges".

Article 2. In the table of Appendix 1 to the Law:

To add 1) after the line "Chairman of the Constitutional Court of RA" with new line of the following content:

"Vice-chairman of the Constitutional court 13.00";

The words "member of the Constitutional court of RA" shall be replaced with words 2) "the judge of the Constitutional court of RA".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from coming into force of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional court".
