About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of the rights to property"

Article 1. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" to add article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999 with part 7 of the following content:
"7. Based on information on the persons who stopped nationality or with the expired term of the status of special accommodation or deprived of this status the state register of real estate finds out question of availability of the earth belonging to these persons by the property right and not later than within a week reports about this head of the relevant municipality, and in Yerevan - to the mayor of Yerevan".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
