About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About rescue forces and the status of the rescuer"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 16, 2018
Article 1. Part 8 of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 25, 2004 as ZR-85-N "About rescue forces and the status of the rescuer" (further - the Law) to recognize invalid.
Article 2. In article 11 of the Law:
The word of "Government" to replace 1) in part 3 with the word of "Prime Minister";
To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. The procedure for attraction of rescue forces in works on prevention of emergency situations, decrease and elimination of possible effects outside the territory of the Republic of Armenia is established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. In parts 1 and 4 of article 2 of the Law of the word "about rescue service of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "About the Rescue service".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
