About approval of Changes in the resolution of NKREKP of September 30, 2015 No. 2494 and modification of the Standard agreement of distribution of natural gas

According to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes in the resolution of NKREKP of September 30, 2015 No. 2494 "About approval of the Code of gas-distribution systems", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 No. 1379/27824, which are applied.

2. Bring in the Standard agreement of distribution of natural gas approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2498, No. 1384/27829, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 the following changes:

Item 6.2 of the Section VI to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"Before establishment of rates for services of distribution of natural gas, proceeding from the size of the attached capacity of object of the consumer according to the Code of gas-distribution systems, fee is performed on the rates established by the Regulator for the Operator of GRS for physical amount of distribution of natural gas.";

Item 8.2 of the Section VIII to state 2) in the following edition:

"8.2. In case of violation by the Consumer who is not household of payment due dates under this agreement he pays penalty fee in the amount of the double discount rate of the National Bank of Ukraine operating during the period for which the penalty fee, from the amount of overdue payment for each day of payment delay is paid.
