About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 26.1 of the article 6 Code of Penal Procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 shall be replaced with words the words "chairman and members of council of control chamber of the Republic of Armenia" "the chairman and other members of auditor chamber".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in the day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic in time established by part 5 of article 210 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia (with changes of December 6, 2015).
