Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 10, 2010 No. 1033 "About approval of procedures and rules of compulsory insurance in the field of space activities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 86, the Art. 3034) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure and rules of compulsory insurance of objects of space activities (space infrastructure) which are property of Ukraine, concerning the risks connected with preparation for start of the space equipment at the spaceport, start and operation it in space, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in Item 2:
add Item after paragraph one with the new paragraph of such content:
"warranty period of active existence - the calendar duration of operation of object of space activities by the consumer during which the manufacturer guarantees compliance of quality of object of space activities to the established requirements;".
With respect thereto paragraphs two - to consider the twentieth respectively paragraphs third - the twenty first;
add Item after the paragraph of the seventh with the new paragraph of such content:
