According to to Articles 7, 15, 42 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with change of technologies of connection and servicing of users in the modernized system of e-mail of the National Bank of Ukraine, review of tariff policy of National Bank on the services provided in system of e-mail of the National Bank of Ukraine, Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Services (transaction) at numbers 54, of 55 and 59 Rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine in electronic payment system and in the field of settlement and cash servicing, No. approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes), to exclude.

2. Make changes to rates for organizational services and other types of service (transactions) which are provided the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 785/8106 (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine (with changes) (further - Rates for organizational services), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

3. To operations department (Podik S. N.) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine, state-financed organizations, the Public treasurer service of Ukraine and other organizations with which the National Bank of Ukraine signed agreements on provision of the corresponding services, information on adoption of this resolution.
