About modification of the Regulations on state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2005 No. 637 "About state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 44, Art. 4561; 2007, No. 40, Art. 4797; 2011, No. 46, Art. 6535; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3602; 2014, No. 15, Art. 1766; 2015, No. 37, Art. 5153).
2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation in 6-month time to develop and approve procedure of payments of regulated rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service by the pricing limiting method providing possibility of profit earning from effective management of costs.
