1. To national cash desk of social insurance to determine and implement technical and organizational measures for ensuring high level of safety and confidentiality in that, as for risks of processing and nature of data, according to requirements of the legislation on personal data protection.
2. To heads of the companies, organizations and organizations, irrespective of type of property and form of business to transfer to workers or their representatives under list service records till December 28, 2018.
