1. The national agency of the public assistance - the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Health, work and social protection, will be reorganized by merging (accession) with Republican fund of social support of the population.

2. The national agency of the public assistance is successor of the rights and obligations of the absorbed legal entity.

3. To perform release of personnel of Republican fund of social support of the population according to the Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee and the labor law in case of impossibility of its transfer.

4. To the absorbing legal entity to perform complete cession of property of the absorbed legal entity in 2-month time according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015.
