Regulations on issue of slots at the airports of the Republic of Moldova

Chapter I General provisions

1. The regulations on issue of slots at the airports of the Republic of Moldova (further - the Provision) are applied only in case of availability at the airport of the problems connected with handling capacity, overload of airspace or the environment.

2. For the purposes of this provision the following concepts are used:

a) the coordinated airport - the airport at which for take-off or landing the coordinator shall allocate the slot to air carrier or any other operator of aircrafts, except for the state flights, urgent landings and humanitarian flights;
