About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 696 of August 4, 2010

1. In the Order of the Government No. 696 of August 4, 2010 "About approval of the Technical regulation "Meat - raw materials. Production, import and trade" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 141-144, 779), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

The name to state 1) in the following edition: "About approval of Requirements to production, import and placement in the market of meat - raw materials";

Introductory part to state 2) in the following edition:

"Based on part (1) article 24 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 125-129, 396), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government";

4) in the Technical regulation:

a) state the name in the following edition: "Requirements to production, import and placement of meat - raw materials in the market";

b) in Item 1:

Production, import and realization" (further - the Technical regulation) establishes mandatory requirements" to replace with the text "Requirements to production, import and placement of meat - raw materials in the market (further - Requirements) establish criteria";

the word "realization" shall be replaced with words "placements in the market";
