About approval of changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (2) articles XXXIV of the Law No. 288 of December 15, 2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 464-470, 808), the Government DECIDES:

Approve changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 949 of October 12, 2010. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of zero rate of the value added tax, and also exemptions of the taxes, charges and other obligatory payments established by the Agreement of "Compact" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 206-209, 1060), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

a) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution, in the name and Items 1 and 2 of the Provision of the word of "zero rate of the value added tax" shall be replaced with words "tax exemption on value added with the deduction right";

b) in the Provision:

1) Item 2:

in the subitem 2) the text "exemption of the value added tax, excises, customs duties and collection" to replace with the text "tax exemption with value added without the deduction right, release from excises, customs duties and collection";
