According to Item 13 of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disability without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists who are called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for the service in war reserve approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 975 (with changes) and to Regulations on payment procedure of the compensation amounts the serviceman, to faces of the private and the commanding structure which became disabled people, to members of families of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure which died during execution of obligations of military service or service in law-enforcement bodies as a part of the national contingent or national personnel, and also in other separate cases, to No. 290 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 5, 1994 (with changes), for the purpose of legal and social protection of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, persons discharged from military service from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the USSR which became faces with disability of persons liable for call-up and reservists who became persons with disability owing to wound (contusion, injury or mutilation) or the diseases connected with their appeal on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve, members of families of the died (died) military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including those which died during fulfillment of duties of military service as a part of the national contingent or national personnel and also in other separate cases I ORDER:
