Approve the Procedure for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for restructuring of the companies having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state which is applied.

1. This Procedure regulates reconciliation procedure with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine acceptance by Fund of state-owned property of the decision on restructuring of the open joint stock companies created in the course of corporatisation or privatization of state-owned property, and the state companies concerning which decisions on privatization are made and which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state.
2. Approval of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of decision making about restructuring of the companies having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state is carried out based on the supported Ministries of Economics and body, authorized to manage state-owned property, conclusions of Fund of state-owned property about feasibility of carrying out restructuring.
