About entering of amendment and change into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 324 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Cancellation of the power of attorney certified of notarial procedure or refusal of the power of attorney is made in notarial procedure.".
Article 2. In part 6 of article 1202 of the Code of the word "the announcement shall be made" shall be replaced with words "the application shall be submitted".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
