Cars railway or tram cargo and flat cars, not self-propelled

availability at the legal entity - the tax resident of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the rights to design and technological documentation in the amount sufficient for production, upgrades and developments of the corresponding products, for the term of at least 5 years;

availability in the territory of one of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the service center, authorized to perform repair, after-sale and guarantee maintenance of products;

implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation in full (including within internal cooperation of the interdependent companies) the following technological transactions:

production, assembly or use of the carts of goods wagons made in the territory of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union;

production, welding or use of the bearing designs of goods wagon made in the territory of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and their painting;

production of carriage parts of goods wagon (body, copper);

installation of the bearing car designs with carriage part on running gear of the car;

production or use of the Eurasian Economic Union of large car casting made in the territory of member countries (side frame, beam nadressorny) (for goods wagons, held for use on the railroads with width of track of 1520 mm)".
