About entering of amendments and changes into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 2 of Article 1100 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) with Item 7 of the following content:

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 1158 of the Code after the words "About Protection of Selection Achievements" with words "and" about protection of plant varieties", and "law" to replace the word with the word "laws".
Article 4. To add article 1159 of the Code after the words "About Protection of Selection Achievements" with words "and" about protection of plant varieties", and "law" to replace the word with the word "laws".
Article 5. To add article 1161 of the Code after the words "About Protection of Selection Achievements" with words "and" about protection of plant varieties", and "law" to replace the word with the word "laws".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
