According to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, to the subitem 18 of Item 4, to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, for the purpose of strengthening of control of commodity importation by citizens on customs area of Ukraine we ORDER:

1. Bring in the Order of interaction of information systems of the Public fiscal service of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine concerning exchange of information, necessary for ensuring control when moving persons and vehicles through the state (customs) border and administrative border of the free economic zone the Crimea approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of September 7, 2017 No. 746/759, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 2, 2017 for No. 1207/31075, the following changes:

1) to add Item 1 of the Section I after words and figures "according to subitem 19-1.1.27 of Item 19-1.1 of Article 19-1" words and in figures ", subitem 191.2.3 of Item 191.2 of Article 191 and subitem 196.1.18 of Item 196.1 of Article 196";
