About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (3) article 125 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, the special edition of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and parts (6-1) and (6-4) articles 4 of the Law No. 1054-XIV of June 16, 2000 on enforcement of the Section IV of the Tax code (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on compensation of the amounts of excises approved by the Order of the Government No. 1123 of September 28, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 157, of the Art. 1211), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) change is made only in the text in state language;

Item 9 to state 2) in the following edition:

"9. For distribution of the amounts of excises confirmed to compensation the economic agent addresses to division of the State Tax Administration in which he is serviced, with the statement in the form established in appendix No. 1 to the Regulations on repayment of the tax liability by compensation and/or compensation of money approved by the Order of the Government No. 235 of April 19, 2017 and the relevant decision about compensation of the amounts of excises. The economic agents referred to category of large taxpayers submit the application to GNS (GUAKN).

GNS considers and transfers to the State Treasury required materials for execution of the decision on compensation of the amounts of excises.
