About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1413 of November 27, 2003

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1413 of November 27, 2003. "About public welfare payments for special merits before the state" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 239-242, 1466), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 7 of the resolution the text "Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family" to replace with the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 2 to state paragraph two in the following edition:

"For special merits persons who are citizens of the Republic of Moldova of spouses/spouses, posthumously awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" or the award "Stefan cel Mare", persons who were married to it on the date of his death, or being citizens of the Republic of Moldova the mother/father, posthumously awarded the order by "Ordinul Republicii" or the award "Stefan cel Mare" have entitlement to benefit.
