1. Establish quota of not denatured ethyl alcohol on goods items 220710000 and 220890910, intended for pharmaceutical production and use in medicine, for 2018 in volume of 39 128,623 decalitres. The amount of the imported and/or delivered not denatured ethyl alcohol intended for pharmaceutical production and use in medicine for 2018 will not exceed the approved quota in 39 128,623 decalitres, including quota in volume of 13 871,91 decalitres, not denatured ethyl alcohol intended for winners of centralized state auctions according to needs of medical and sanitary organizations.
2. Approve the List of users and quotas of the not denatured ethyl alcohol intended for pharmaceutical production and use in medicine distributed by it for 2018, according to appendix.
