3) appointment of staff of registration and examination divisions of administrative police of areas (cities) is performed after passing of training by them in UAP of DVD within ten working days on studying of regulatory legal acts in the field of rendering the state services in traffic safety. After position assignment of the head of department (department) of registration and examination division of Management of administrative police of DVD passing of training is performed in Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within five working days.";
