About the organization and functioning of the Agency of legal information resources

No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Reorganize by the Center of Legal Information transformation to the Agency of legal information resources. The agency of legal information resources is successor of the rights and obligations of the Center of legal information.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the Agency of legal information resources in number of 23 units, with the annual salary fund according to the current legislation.

3. The personnel of the Center of legal information will perform the activities before approval of the staff list of the Agency of legal information resources. Release of personnel in connection with reorganization, in case of impossibility of its transfer, is performed according to the Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee and the labor law.

4. To the Ministry of Justice in 5-day time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to initiate according to the Law No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee substitution of position of the director of the Agency of legal information resources.

5. Before position assignment of the director of the Agency of legal information resources the Minister of Justice will designate person who will temporarily fulfill the director's duties according to the order.
