According to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About investment funds and investment companies" of 19.02.94 N55/94 and the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About measures concerning ensuring protection of the rights of members of investment funds and investment companies" of 07.08.99 N968/99, and also for the purpose of settlement of the procedure of reorganization of investment funds State commission on securities and the stock market
SOLVED:
1. Approve Regulations on features of reorganization of investment funds by merge or accession it (is applied).
2. To management of regulation of investing activities (Yukhno M. T.) together with legal management (Pochepsky F. M.) provide state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of the Provision approved by this decision.
3. To the press center (Shevkina L. V.) provide publication of this decision in the procedure established by the current legislation.
4. This Provision becomes effective according to the current legislation of Ukraine.
5. (Prisyazhnyuk T. P.) to provide to general department bringing to permission of territorial authorities of the Commission of this decision.
6. Control of execution of this decision to assign to Komisiya S. Biryuk's Member.
