Article 1. Part 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 13, 2003 of ZR-1-N "About games with prize, games with prize on the Internet and gaming houses" (further - the Law) to add with the Item "g1" of the following content:

Article 2. Add the law with Article 6.1 of the following content:

1. According to part 1 of Article 32 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, in case of legal incapacity of the citizen who put the family in difficult financial position owing to interest in gamblings, according to the procedure, established by Chapter 29 of the Code of Civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia, the court which pronounced sentence within three days after the introduction of sentence in legal force sends sentence copy to authorized body.
2. The authorized body within three days after receipt of sentence reports about sentence of all organizers acting in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, having sent them the electronic or x-copied sentence copy that they prohibited access to the gambling halls to the face recognized as the sentence which took legal effect is limited capable based on the fact that he puts the family in difficult financial position owing to interest in gamblings.
