Article 1. ZR-3-N "About lotteries" (further - the Law) after the word "persons" to add part 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 17, 2003 with words ", except for totalizator in which only persons which reached 21-year age have the participation right".

Article 2. In article 14 of the Law:
