Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 12, 2016 No. 221 "About measures for creation of the State corporation for space activities Roskosmos (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 20, of the Art. 2818) change, having excluded from the list of the state unitary enterprises which are subject to transformation to joint-stock companies which shares are subject to transfer of the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos as property fee of the Russian Federation (appendix No. 2), Item 5.
3. To the government of the Russian Federation to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
