Changes and additions which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 485 of August 12, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the Agency on geology and mineral resources" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 124-126, 536), with subsequent changes, makes the following changes and additions:

1) in the resolution and in all text of appendix No. 1 of the word "Ministry of the Environment" and "minister of the environment" in any grammatical form shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" and "the Minister of Agriculture, regional development and the environment" in the corresponding grammatical form;

2) in appendix No. 1:
