About modification and amendments in Regulations on electronic surveillance of persons

In the Regulations on electronic surveillance of persons approved by the Order of the Government No. 1322 of December 8, 2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 441-451, 1414), to make the following changes and additions:

Item 2 to add 1) with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) persons to whom the measure of restraint, with establishment of obligations or restrictions is applied.";

"The special bracelet fixed on hand or leg" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 6 of the word "the special device consisting of special bracelet or the mobile device";
