About modification and amendments in Veterinary sanitary standard on hygiene of forages and content of undesirable substances in sterns

In the Veterinary sanitary standard on hygiene of forages and content of undesirable substances in sterns approved by the Order of the Government No. 1405 of December 10, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 1441), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in preamble after the text "The directive (EU) No. 2002/32 about the undesirable substances which are part of forages published in the Statement of the European Union (JO) No. L 115/04.05.1999, with subsequent changes" to add with the text ", and Regulations (EU) 2015/1905 Commissions of October 22, 2015 about modification of appendix II to Regulations (CE) No. 183/2005 of the European Parliament and Council concerning testing of dioxine in oils, fats and derivative products, the Official magazine of the European Union L 278/5";

2) in Item 3:

"competent authority" to state concept of the following edition: "the central industry body in the field of agricultural industry is the National agency on safety of foodstuff";

add with subitems of 17)-19) of the following content:

"17) derivative products from oils and fats - any derivative products received directly or indirectly from the crude or regenerated oils or fats by oleokhimichesky conversion or distillation, or for biodiesel fuel by chemical or physical refinement, the oil except for refined, the products coming from the refined oil, and feed additives;

18) mixing of fats - production of the combined forages or derivatives from the same vegetable or animal types, fodder raw materials by mixing of crude oils, the refined oils, animal fats, oils received from producers, or the products coming from them, for receipt of mix of oils or fats, except for exclusive storage of consecutive batches and exclusive smeshivaniye of the refined oils;

19) the refined oils or fats - oils or fats which were subjected to refinement process.";
