About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state and official secret"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 3, 1996 ZR-94 "About the state and official secret":

Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:

"The list of the data relating to the state mystery of the Republic of Armenia affirms the Government of the Republic of Armenia and is subject to publication.";

2) the last offer of part 7 to exclude;

To add 3) with part 8 of the following content:

"Departmental lists are not ciphered and are subject to publication, except as specified, when the heading (name) of the specific data included in them in itself owing to the fact of fixing can be the state or official secret. Enciphering of such data is performed according to the procedure, established by this Law.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
