About approval of the Regulations on Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of the organization of effective activities of Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan according to article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About assistance of employment of the population" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Regulations on Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan and the scheme of its management (are applied).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time:

- approve the staff list of Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan;

- bring into accord with the Provision of Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan charters of the state organizations and companies which are a part of the system of Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Regulations on Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan

Public service of employment of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan (further Public service of employment) is state body on management and regulation of employment of able-bodied population under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan which enables the realization of policy of assistance of employment of the population and providing to citizens of the corresponding guarantees for the territories of the Republic of Tajikistan.
