Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of the moratorium on transfer (transformation) of the irrigated lands of ploughland in other categories of lands and types of grounds" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 7, the Art. 767) the following changes:

in Article 1:

a) add part 2 with Item 12 of the following content:

"12) in the parcels of land which are built up with individual apartment houses or having relevant decisions of authorized bodies of local self-government or bodies which legal successors are relevant organs of local self-government, before entry into force of this Law.";

b) add Article with part 5 of the following content:

"The Item 12 of part 2 of this Article does not extend on:

1) the parcels of land having the negative conclusions of the relevant commissions on transfer (transformation) of the parcels of land;

2) the parcels of land which are not meeting the requirements of environmental and sanitary and epidemiologic standards;

3) the parcels of land having relevant decisions of judicial authorities;

4) the parcels of land on which the decision of authorized bodies introduces the corresponding restrictions.".

Article 2.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About transfer (transformation) of the parcels of land" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2013, No. 7, the Art. 902) the following changes:
