The regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of monthly allowance for hiring of housing by the contract serviceman of Armed forces (further - the Provision), establish procedure and conditions of expense recovery on hiring of housing by the contract serviceman which are not provided with living space, including office, in garrison in which they perform military service, and also the size of monthly allowance.
