Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 28, 2011 "About safety" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 434; 2014, No. 11, Art. 646; 2016, No. 3, Art. 136) following change and amendment:

1. The third offer of part 3 of Article 28 to exclude.

2. Add with Article 30 (1) the following content:

2. The secretariat of the Security Council is structural division of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. The regulations on the secretariat of the Security Council affirm the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on representation of the Head of Executive office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
