Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 11, 1999 "About migration" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 320; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 248; 2005, No. 12, Art. 657; 2008, No. 12, h 2, Art. 1004; 2010, No. 1, Art. 15) following changes and amendments:

1. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:

"This Law determines legal, economic and social basis of internal and external migration and is directed to regulation of migratory processes in the Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. In Article 1:

- from the name of Article of the word", used in this Law" to exclude;

- the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-immigrants - persons who returned to the former residence for the purpose of permanent residence on the historical homeland (repatriates), and also persons who married citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan or the persons who voluntarily left the country of permanent residence and moved to permanent residence to the Republic of Tajikistan;".
