2. To perform function of the founder of Public organization "Center of Training of Specialists and Support of National Army" on behalf of the state to the Ministry of Defence.

3. The public organization "Center of Training of Specialists and Support of National Army" is successor of the rights and obligations of the State company "The Center of Training of Specialists for National Army".

4. Reorganize the state company "Plant of Social Servicing" by merging (accession) with Public organization "Center of Training of Specialists and Support of National Army".

The rights and obligations of the attached legal entities completely pass to the accepting legal entity.
