Article 1. Bring in the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 4, 1995 "About referendum of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1995, No. 21, Art. 245; 2001, No. 4, Art. 212; 2008, No. 12, h 1, Art. 983) following changes and amendments:
